DNA Testing Centre Sample Submission and Procedure
*** It is preferred that all clients call before making their order, but if you are unable to call, the procedure below is an explanation on the instructions for submission of samples and our testing procedure.
Peace of Mind Paternity / Comparison Testing (Self-Prepared DNA Sampling Instructions)
- Pay for your Peace of Mind Paternity Test via Online Order, PayPal, Money Order included in your shipment to us, or over the phone
- If you are performing this test with a special sample (ie. bloodstained item, cigarette butts, chewed gum, hat/ball cap, q-tips, water bottle, cup etc.), the special sample should be purchased along with the additional participant item. For example, a DNA test to compare an alleged father’s collected water bottle sample to a child’s mouth swab sample, the cost is $300 for the water bottle and $100 for the participant with a mouth swab sample totaling $400.
- These instructions are intended for individuals interested in Peace of Mind DNA testing. This sampling allows for clients to send their DNA samples to our lab as quickly as possible and without the need of a sampling kit being sent to you from our lab:
- In order to self-prepare your DNA samples, you will need two (2) cotton swabs or Q-tips for each individual being sampled and a paper envelope for each individual sampled.
- To collect the DNA sample, scrape the inside of the individual’s cheek for 10 seconds with each swab.
- Allow the swabs to dry.
- Place the two (2) swabs in the envelope and label it with the individual’s name.
- Place all the sample envelopes containing DNA samples in a larger envelope, mailer, or box.
- Inside the larger envelope, mailer, or box, please include your order number and contact information on a separate piece of paper.
- Ship the envelope, mailer, or box to DNA Testing Centre 2450 Hollywood Blvd, 7th Floor, Suite 700, Hollywood, Florida, 33020

Court Admissible DNA Testing
*** These tests are specifically for clients needing test results for court, paternity affidavits, or government document request for proof of relationship.
- Pay for your Court Admissible Paternity Test via Online Order, PayPal, Money Order included in your shipment to us, or over the phone.
- Once we receive payment, our staff will find an urgent care clinic nearest you, confirm that the location is right for you, and schedule the father and child(s) for an appointment to have their DNA sampled by a nurse.
- The alleged father will need to bring a photo of the child and his driver’s license to the clinic as a copy needs to be included per the chain of custody paperwork.
- The samples are then shipped to our lab for testing and the results will be e-mailed within 5-10 business days of the lab’s receipt of samples.
Forensic Comparison DNA Testing
*** These tests are specifically to compare a suspect’s DNA to another sample to prove ownership or contact with a specific item. Please call 844.441.8611 for consultation before purchasing the special samples you wish to have tested.
***Our DNA tests are strictly for paternity or comparison purposes. We do not offer genealogy DNA testing and our results are not compatible with other genealogy testing companies.
